Steve Giesecke, MBA, CHS, is a health systems IT consultant with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, business and technology analysis, security and risk assessment, medical claims systems and processes, and software development project management. Steve is the former Deputy CIO for the U.S. military health system responsible for an annual information technology program of $500 million. With two decades of experience as a healthcare administrator, he has served as a CEO and COO of four federal medical facilities, and as the CIO of a tertiary care medical center.

Beth Whitney-Teeple
Beth Whitney-Teeple, MHSA, PhD has more than 20 years experience in healthcare information technology, providing project management, quality assurance, executive management, and implementation services for public domain and commercial systems in single institutions and across multiple states. With doctoral studies in public policy and bioethics, she brings extensive experience in qualitative research to her work. She has examined barriers to health care delivery across Washington State, practice patterns of providers, and other care delivery initiatives at a local and national level.

Glenn Briskin
Glenn Briskin, PMP, M.A., is a consultant and project manager in Olympia, Washington, with over 25 years of experience delivering information technology projects of all sizes for public and private sector clients. Glenn's expertise in strategic planning, software development, risk assessment, and technology acquisition combine with his insightful and collaborative consulting skills to help people deliver successful projects.

Betty Noyes
Betty Noyes RN, MA, has 32 years of Executive Administrative experience in health care organizations nationwide. She has been providing nationwide consulting services to health care clients since 1989.
